Hello, from AK Master’s Squad

Our focus during head season is the Vesta International Masters' Head of the River Race and the Veteran Fours Head of the River Race.

For regatta season, we target the British Rowing Masters Championships and Henley Masters Regatta, but we will also select other competitions that offer Masters events.We have a history of wins at Henley Masters Regatta and have brought home plenty of gold medals over the last few years.

Training
The AK Masters combine high-quality training with flexibility, rowing on Tuesday evenings and Sunday afternoons and doing land training of one erg, one UT2 cross training session of your choice, and one S&C session when and where they choose.
Currently in our third year with dedicated Masters coach Kate Pankhurst,  we have a history of Henley Masters wins and have brought home plenty of gold medals over the last few years.
